Mt. Scott-Arleta NET
Our Local Neighborhood Emergency Team

Portland NETs
After a large-scale disaster, you are more likely to be helped by your neighbors than by professional help. NETs are trained volunteers who are ready to respond to such an emergency. The NET Program is organized through Portland Bureau of Emergency Management.
NET members learn to prepare for a disaster, to respond after an event, and to handle long-term recovery afterwards.

Membership
The MSA NET is our local team. Our Membership is open to any active NET volunteer who lives, works, or is otherwise a part of the Mt. Scott-Arleta neighborhood.

Meetings
Team meetings are held once a month, usually on the third Tuesday.
Please contact our team leader if you’d like to attend a meeting.
